The 2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting of Zhejiang Weihua New Material Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the multi-functional hall of the office building on the afternoon of Jan. 12th, 2023. Jiangxi Weihua Chemical Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary, participated in the meeting by video conference.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Jiangwei Wu, Chairman of the Corporate, Dr. Qiangbiao Pan, General Manager of the Corporate, the middle-level leader of the company and various commended employees.
Firstly, the heads of each department & General Manager of Jiangxi Weihua Chemical summarized KPIs & key initiatives in 2022 and reported the BSC & key initiatives in 2023.
Dr. Qiangbiao Pan, General Manager of the Corporate, summarized the achievements of key Corporate KPIs & the completion of Corporate key initiatives in 2022 and also explained the challenges in details the Corporate will face in 2023, Corporate key initiatives and the key Corporate KPIs in 2023.
In order to highlight and establish models, the meeting commended and awarded the "Golden Idea", Safety Pioneer, Excellent Employee, Excellent Manager and Advanced Group in 2022.
Finally, Mr. Jiangwei Wu, Chairman of the Corporate, made a concluding speech, fully affirming the team's efforts in the past year and mentioning the challenges the
Corporate will face in 2023, hoping that everyone will rise to the challenges and work together to achieve new goals in 2023.
